Wastewater and Soil Solutions

Process Tech, LLC is an environmental company specializing in reducing organic waste through Micro-Acceleration.  We create the most favorable conditions for microbes to grow.  We install aerators, create conditions for Nitrification and Denitrification, and work with bioaugmentation using specialized microbes grown for a specific waste to be treated.  We train our clients to do microbial fermentation on site for sludge reduction, lagoon dredging and hydrocarbon and soil remediation.  Our lagoon dredging and lagoon compliance section often requires installation of lagoon aeration or fountains to cause the microbes to clean up the water.  We have over 30 years of Environmental Remediation Experience.

Wastewater Treatment

– We have been successful in reducing activated sludge solids by over 50%.  We train operators nutrient reduction through bioaugmentation, nitrification and denitrification.  Phosphorus reduction is often accomplished without the use of flocculating chemicals.

Industrial Pretreatment

– Our job is to reduce BOD, oil and grease and organic solids to reduce surcharges and dewatering costs.  We are currently working in the manufacturing, animal waste, refining, spill control and food processing industries.

Aeration and Fountain Installation

– Whether its wastewater or lagoon applications we have the solution.   We have the Process Aeration System for Wastewater or Lagoon aeration and use Fountains recreational lakes and ponds. 

Hydrocarbon Remediation

– We help our customers grow out microbes in the soil to reduce BTEX and TPH.  The BTEX and TPH is usually down to non-detect within two weeks.
